Play On Productions worked with the Indian Association Manchester to put on a large scale performance of the Ramayana story in October 2024 at the 15th Dashehra Diwali Mela in Exchange Square Manchester. The performance in four chapters that went on throughout the day and into the night utilised dancers from the North West, huge puppets and film projected onto Manchester’s Corn Exchange.
